Check-in time is 3:00 PM and Check-out time is 10:30 AM. Guests
arriving before 3:00 PM should call 1(877)333-3335 to insure that
cabin has been cleaned & checked. return

How do I make a reservation?
You may call 1(877)333-3335 or RESERVE ONLINE. 50% of your stay
(DEPOSIT) is charged to your credit card at the time the reservation
is made. The remaining amount (BALANCE) will be charged to your
credit card ten days prior to your stay. return

What about pets?

When can I use the fireplace?
October 1st - May 1st
These are the only times fires are permitted. Firewood is provided.

How do I check in?
After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a CONFIRMATION
EMAIL with statement, directions to the cabin and lock box code.
Each cabin has a lock box on the front door that contains a key
to the cabin. This allows you to begin enjoying your getaway much
sooner, instead of trying to locate an office to pick-up a key.
The key should remain in the lock box at all times.

What is provided?
All cabins have a fully equipped kitchen & W/D. We provide a
starter roll of paper towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper in the
bathroom, but after that you will have to purchase your supplies.
We provide dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and hand soap in the
bathroom. You will find each cabin equipped with clean sheets and
towels, usually enough for your entire stay. You may want to bring
a larger beach towel and “flip-flops” for going to and
from the hot tub. We do not provide shampoo, blow dryers, iron,
or hand lotion. You will want to stock your own refrigerator. return

Is the kitchen fully furnished?
The kitchen will have all your basic needs including refrigerator,
stove, oven, microwave, can opener, coffee pot, dishes, utensils,
toaster, basic pots and pans. If you plan to do cooking for a large
group or special occasion, you might want to bring large baking
pots and pans from home. return

Is there a phone?
Please bring your cell phone. NO telephone is available. return

What about hot tubs and whirlpools?
Do not let children play on or around the hot tub or whirlpool.
Do not let children use the hot tub or whirlpool unattended. Do
not use the hot tub if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure,
have been drinking, or have an open wound or sore. Do not put sudsing
agents into the hot tub. Do not stand or sit (or allow children
to stand or sit) on the hot tub cover. If you damage the cover,
replacement cost is $350.00. return

Do you provide wedding services?
Arrangements may be made for a minister to come to your cabin for
a simple ceremony. Numerous guests have been married on the decks
of our cabins. Monteagle Mountain provide a picturesque backdrop
that you’ll remember for a lifetime! return

What do we do at check-out?
Check-out time is at 10:30 AM. You need to be sure all dishes are
washed and put away. Strip the beds and put all used linens and
towels into the bathtub. Do not make up the beds. Lock all the windows
and doors at departure. Reset your thermostat to the limits posted
in your cabin. Make sure all trash is bagged and placed in the trashcan
