The following rental policies have been established to help make your
stay with us more enjoyable.
RESERVATIONS: To reserve one of our cabins you
may CLICK

If there is no answer, please leave a message and we will
contact you ASAP. Minimum stay is 2-nights except 3-nights in peak
season. Reservations are made on a FIRST-PAY-FIRST-SERVE basis.
The easiest, and quickest way to secure your reservation is to reserve
online.
DEPOSITS: A minimum deposit of 50% of your total
stay will secure your reservations. You may also pay-in-full. The
balance will be due 24 hours before check-in. Reservations are held
for one (1) week only pending receipt of cash deposits in the form
of cashier's checks and money orders. Checks must clear the bank
before your reservations are secure. Cash payments should be sent

We also accept Visa and MasterCard. Credit card payments are charged
an additional $35.00 surcharge. For reservations made by credit
card, 50% of your total stay is charged to your card the day the
reservation is made. The remaining 50% is automatically charged
to your card ten (10) days prior to your arrival. If you want to
use a different credit card for the final payment, you must contact
us prior to the date the balance is due.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be made within
two (2) weeks of your check-in date in order to receive a refund.
There may be a twenty percent (20%) cancellation fee.
REFUNDS: No refunds for any early departure including
weather conditions. Chains and/or 4-wheel vehicles may be necessary
during the winter season. This is one of the many joys of being
in the mountains! If there happens to be a problem with any appliance,
hot tub, heat/air, electric, etc. please contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to take care of the problem, but you are responsible
for your complete reservation once it has been made and confirmed.
CHECK-IN: Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Our cabins
are usually available for check-in by this time; however, during
peak season, there may be a slight delay to be sure the cabin is
as clean as possible. Your patience is appreciated if this is the
case.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is 10:30 a.m. Please
try to abide by this so that our cabins can be cleaned for the
next
guests. There will a $55.00 cleaning fee assessed at check-out.
NO SMOKING: We may have guests with allergies
and/or other health complications, therefore we have a NO SMOKING
policy for all of our cabins. Smoking is permitted however outside
the cabins on the porches where containers are provided.
NO PETS ALLOWED: If it is determined that a pet has been in the
cabin after a guest has departed, a cleaning fee of $100 will be
charged to the guest.
DAMAGES: In general , most of our guests are very respectful of
our cabin & property. However, there is always that one bad
apple that has caused us to have to enforce the following policy:
If there is a need for any extra or excessive cleaning upon your
departure, you will be charged a minimum of at least $100.00 (or
more) depending on the nature of the mess and/or damage.
